The Home Control Assistant (HCA) is a Windows based program that works with a variety of automation interfaces to control lights and appliances in your home.
HCA is an extremely easy to use, yet a very powerful home automation system, and Version 8 improves upon all of the features in this product. The ability to control devices that use infrared now makes it possible to integrate your home theater and other audio video sub-systems into an automation system and control them over your home network. The new web control feature turns a smart-phone, Blackberry, or iPod Touch into powerful remote controls.
